These draft terms are intended to apply to www.evergridenergy.it.com, operated by EVERGRID, ABN 23 695 667 246. By using the website or placing an order after final terms are published, a customer agrees to the applicable website and sale terms.
2. Product information
Public specifications, features, compatibility, availability and included items apply only to the exact product and variant shown. Customers should not combine information from different products, documents or configurations.
Images should be treated as product representations; the approved order description and SKU identify what is supplied. Contact us before ordering if required information is missing or unclear.
3. Prices, GST and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Whether a displayed price includes or excludes GST must be stated beside the price and confirmed at checkout. GST treatment is published beside the price when available.
Payment is processed by the configured payment provider. An order is not paid merely because a browser displays a success page; payment must be confirmed server-side by the provider.
4. Orders

6. Safe use
Customers must follow the approved manual and safety instructions for the exact product. Always confirm that an outlet and electrical circuit are suitable for EV charging. Stop using the product if the plug, cable or enclosure appears damaged.
7. Wall-charger installation
Permanent EV charging equipment must be installed by an appropriately licensed electrician in accordance with applicable Australian requirements. Charging performance may depend on the charger, vehicle capability, property supply and installation configuration.
An online installation form creates an enquiry only. It is not a final price, site approval or confirmed booking. Separate accepted installation scope and terms may apply.
8. Consumer guarantees and warranty
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any voluntary product warranty is additional to applicable consumer guarantees.

9. Website availability and acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or use automated means in a way that harms the service or other users. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing details for the EVERGRID name, logo, website content, product images and documents are pending confirmation. No right to reproduce protected material is granted except as allowed by law or written permission.
